Nick Deleon Successfully Completes Dale Carnegie Workshop
Nick Deleon, who rode pens and handled cattle shipping and pen maintenance at Beef Northwest's Nyssa Feedyard facility, recently received the "outstanding achievement award" from the Dale Carnegie Course.
Deleon has now been promoted to Cattle Supervisor.
The award recipient, chosen by all of the students in the 12-week class, is the highest honor that a student can receive.
"We're really proud of Nick, because Nick's peers included business owners, managers, supervisors and other front line lead employees," says BNW's Kirk Jacobson.
