Harrells Named Top Seedstock Producer

Harrell Hereford Ranch of Baker City, Ore., received the Seedstock Producer of the Year Award from the Beef Improvement Federation.

The Harrells recently partnered up with Beef Northwest and Thomas Angus Ranch to form the Northwest Genetics Premium Partners, a beef production alliance that involves seedstock, cow-calf and BNW to produce quality and consistent beef.

"To be nominated by the American Hereford Association for this award was a great honor in itself, but to actually be recognized at this level is more than our family could have ever imagined," says Bob Harrell Jr.
