 Fed Cattle

   Cattle fed at Beef Northwest    receive market prices for fed    cattle competitive with the top    feeding states in the country.    We have marketing agreements    with regional packers Tyson and    AB Foods.  Several marketing    options are available to meet the    needs of individual customers.

   Packer demand for fed cattle is    stronger than ever in the Pacific    Northwest. With fewer Canadian    cattle being shipped to the    Northwest to slaughter,    Northwest packers are relying    more heavily on local supplies of    cattle.  Cattle from all three    feedyards areshipped to Tyson's    plant in Wallula, WA, and AB    Food's plant in Toppenish, WA.
